Why do you need details of my client's Council Tax liability when they get a full rebate?

We calculate your client's entitlement to Council Tax Rebate (CTR). We also project entitlement to CTR across a range of income and/or capital raised via equity release. To do these accurately we must know their Council Tax liability.
